I saw the:  Big Blue All Stars vs. Alice Lloyd College - Oct 9.  Alice Lloyd College is a NAIA college and my spouse teaches there.   So the competition was not NCAA but still it was a fun game.  I was about 15 feet from the court behind the basket.

Rondo looked 100%.   He came off the bench but he was the pure PG and played most of the game.   His injured arm looked to be on the mend.   Kenneth Faried and Rondo definitely played well together.  They had about five or six successful alley oops and one non successful.   I think he is going to have a blast with Johnson's young legs next year on the break.

It was great to see Rajon play.  He definitely did not get boo-ed at this game and there was some Celtic Green spread through the crowd.

Here is a local press clip.  Most of Faried's points came off Rondo alley oops

I really wanted Faried in the draft last year; he's the kind of player who can make an impact right away. Good to hear Rondo looks good

Faried's energy level was amazing.  Imagine a Glenn Davis who could jump, play inside, rebounded like a hawk and was in shape.   I say this because Faried is a tweener.   But I agree he is a NBA ready player in terms of his D and rebounding.   I would have liked him as well but I think we will be ok with Johnson too.
