  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
It's not much, but it's better than anything I've seen as of late. He takes a nice step back jumper and a nice smooth pull up jump shot.
Looks to be in decent shape, maybe he's been working on that jumper for Obama!

*edit* he takes a pull up pass to open man under the rim*

"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

seems like his elbow is fine now =), and his jumper looks nice now, or is it just the angle =\

  • Rondo = Good
That wrap-around no look bounce pass to the 3 pt line was ridiculous.

He also looks like he got Lebron and Howard's trainer.  Good for him...

he does look like he put on some muscle...which is good considering how much of a beating he takes in there....his jumper looked pretty nice to..but its just one highlight(although i expect him to be improved this year)

a healthy Rondo= our best chance to make it back to the finals...if there is a season

I dont know if I'm watching the same clip, but I only saw him take like 1 jumpshot, and it was from an angle where you couldnt even see his form clearly.  Plus, this appears to be footage from the same game that another blogger commented on, saying Rondo missed all of his shots lol.  I do think he's put on some weight though. As long as it doesnt slow him down, I think that's great. Some strength could make him an even more dangerous defender.

Also, with some strength, he might be able to post up more PG's, allowing him to get offense that way.  I remember him posting up some PG's in the past (Most notable Brandon Jennings) and he is an EXCELLENT passer out of the post.  Also, he is an extremely creative finisher near the basket.  With his series of backboard shots with how much english he can put on the ball to spin it in from ridiculous angles, I imagine he'd be a pretty efficient scorer from the post.

This bit of footage admits the lockout ... it made my mouth water.

Man I miss watching the green gang. Gimme some basketball darnit! And the lockout hasn't even begun in earnest yet!
