Besiktas negotiations with Kobe on hold

Apparently a match fixing allegation in soccer has placed Besiktas funds on hold and it won't have the money to sign Kobe without an outside sponsor.  Kobe was seeking 1 million a month to join Deron in Istanbul.  Besiktas had offered Kobe 500k a month before its funds were placed on hold.  If it can find the sponsor it appears Kobe wants to play with Deron on Besiktas.  Kobe is sponsored by a Turkish airline, which could come up with some of the cash needed by a club in Turkey to sign him.
