What are you referring to; rest or cap? 

I think the rest will help a guy like KG, despite the fact that there may be more back to backs.  I don't believe he's capable of going a full season any longer at full strengh (due to injury not conditioning).

Regarding the cap, it will almost certainly favor smaller market teams and those who won't spend as much as possible.  So that's obviously not going to help us.
