Also if needs be I grant you magical immortal ghost status so you can observe disasters like the Titanic sinking if that's what you're into I guess.

In no order

1. Birth of Jesus. I want to see the Archangel Gabriel shout from the heavens to the shepherds
2. Battle of Gettysburg with Joshua Chamberline's men
3. Watch Jackie Robinson steal home plate
4. Moses split the Red Sea
5. Larry Bird's first NBA game.
6. Christian Laetner's shot
7. Babe Ruth's called shot
8. Achilles kills Hector
9. Marcus Antony's eulogy of Ceasar
10. Be a ball turret gunner on the first B17 mission over Germany

had to leave a lot of good ones off the list.  Wait a minute.  Larry Bird was filmed for TV.  So I can get it on the internet some day.   Well then.

Substitute Alexander the Great's victory over Darius.

Also substituting Jackie Robinson for being in the first group of people allowed in with the Pope to see the Sistine Chapel.

Well...I was 13...My father got season tickets for Bird's rookie year because he was pretty certain there would be something special to see.  The seats were a thin layer of wood on top of the Garden ice so your feet froze.  They let a dove go before the opening tap to celebrate Bird's first game.  It flew up to the top of the scoreboard where it knocked off a large pile of dust.  There was a short delay while it was cleaned up.  Bird had an ok game.  He made one great pass that I can still picture in my minds eye but can't really describe.

Love the $11 ticket price.  We could seriously spit on a player from where the seats were (not that we did).
On a bookend note:  I also went to Larry Bird Night at the Garden!

Can't think of 10 right now but a couple off the top of my head:
-Seeing the Ahmad Jamal Trio when they recorded But Not For Me at the Pershing Lounge in January 1958.
-Seeing one of the many performances at one of the clubs on 52nd Street in Manhattan in the 40s.
