What team is going to offer more the the vet min and one year for West?

Only contenders who are in need of a back-up point guard and who are cash strapped. Miami? Atlanta? L.A. Lakers? Dallas could be a player if Butler has issues coming back from injury.
Miami - forget it
Dallas - with Kidd, Barea(I'm assuming they resign him), Beaubois and Terry they have no need for Delonte
Lakers - have Kobe, Blake, Brown, Fisher, and Trey johnson all signed in the backcourt for next year
Atlanta - a possibility at SG as Joe Johnson's backup but I doubt it. They need Crawford back and are high on Hinrich and Teague at the point.

I think he's staying here though if you want a contender that could use a backup PG with experience in the playoffs, look no further than Memphis as Vasquez had just a miserable rookie season and looked lost most of the time.

I wouldn't put it past the Lakers to make a play for Delonte. Remember, he was Brown's starting PG in Cleveland a year ago.  Without the triangle, Blake will kind of be useless and Fisher should hang 'em up.
We all think we know more than we really do....
