Who would you root for in Lakers - Heat final?

Say, for the sake of argument, the Lakers didn't just get swept  (sweeped?), and the impossible happens and the Heat beat the Celtics and they go on to face each other in the finals. Who ya pullin' for? I probably just wouldn't watch and would pretend the NBA no longer existed. But let's say I was forced to watch and forced to choose a side. In that case, and I know it sounds like blasphemy, I'm probably rooting (seems kind of a strong word here) for the Lakers. I really just hate Lebron and Wade and if I were to see them succeed I would probably stop watching the NBA forever. Maybe this is just heat of the moment (unfortunate pun) with the Celtics currently facing the Heat, but, as much as the thought of seeing Kobe celebrate winning another ring makes me sick to my stomach, a Heat championship and all the disgusting media coverage that would result from it would send me over the edge.

Luckily, since the Lakers just got ousted and the Celtics are going to comeback and beat the Heat, this won't have to happen. But I'm curious as to who people would want to win.

I would root for an asteroid to destroy mankind . I think I would go move to Yellowknife, CA and go fishing.

as much as i hate the Heat, with their royal douchiness . i will always root against the lakers, even if the will face the al queda all-stars.

I prefer Miami to LA.

LA. I dislike the Miami heat players more than I dislike the LA franchise.

We could always erase the lead for most titles in the future if LA overtook us. We will win more. But we will never be able to erase the stamp LeRoid and D Cheap will put on the NBA if they win multiple titles.

ugh - I wouldnt watch it but Id prefer Miami to win.

The Lakers are chasing our history and as much as I hate LeBron he is going to get a ring at some point so it may as well be now well preserving Boston's championship total at the top of the league
