My brother and I saw this, especially in Game 2, that the Miami Defense their rotation is super early.

They send the rotation for all of our pick and rolls so early that our 1st option is already covered once the pass is caught.

Rondo or whoever is initiating the offense needs to look for 2nd and 3rd options.

Our 2nd and 3rd options need to cut to the hoop as they see their own man in "rotational movement".

We can get a ton of easy layups or fouls from these situations.

I think the best way to describe the Heat defense is that they have multiple, extra long Rondos.  They are nowhere close to the most disciplined defensive team.  They make a ton of mistakes, overplay everything...but they are insanely aggressive, and have the athleticism to recover.  And then, most importantly, they have the talent to convert on just about every mistake they force.

I think this defense can certainly be beaten however, just like Rondo can be beaten on defense.  But it is not easy, and you need to be very crisp, which this team just hasn't been so far.
