This morning, I decided to head over to Celtics Blog to see what Celtics fans were talking about after last night's loss. What do I find: "Season is over. We should start talking about the draft" and "Under what conditions could Ainge get fired...". Really? You call yourself true Celtics fans? Did you start rooting for the Celtics when Danny pulled a rabbit out of his hat after years of rebuilding? Where you at the Fleetcenter aka Garden excited when the Celtics were able to sign Bimbo Coles to a 10 day contract? The Big 3 and Doc will go down with a fight. I am just as disappointed as the next fan but the Celtics need us now! They need the fans to rally around the team and make the Heat's trip to the Garden uncomfortable. I am not talking about doing something stupid. I am talking about getting loud 30 mins before tip and carrying it through the end of the game. If you want to talk about Ainge getting fired or one of the worst NBA drafts in recent memory, go ahead. Just don't jump back on the bus when the Celtics head back to Miami tied 2-2.

The Big 3 have given us 4 tremendous years of basketball. Its time for the fans to give back and pick these guys up! I cannot stand watching Lebron and Wade celebrate midway through the 2nd quarter. Saturday night the Celtics need us! Whose with me???

Happy to root for the Celtics, but there's nothing wrong with being realistic. The Celtics and old and tired and Doc Rivers has never been an X's and O's and rotations guy. And that's what they'd need to beat the Heat. A real matchups, game time coach who could help them, possession by possession, and wouldn't be so locked into playing "his guys" like BBD.
