Too much passing, really too much. Someone has to be the guy, I say its Rondo but he looks extremely passive and he's being guarded by Bibby who he should light up EASILY. The Heat are playing good D, i give them credit. But someone has to attack the rim, Paul, Rondo...Bueller? I'm not saying play iso one on one ball, i'm saying SOMEONE has to shoot it. There is way too much "hot potato"going on with this team, like their scared to shoot it.

  • Rondo = Good
We haven't had a "man" for quite some time . . . basically since 2009 when Paul was last able to do that consistently for long stretches.

You wonder why our offense is so prone to stagnation, it's because we don't have a real #1 option who is a transcendent offensive player.

Being the "man" isn't about scoring its about having a impact on the game. Obviously the Ray and Paul are not as good as Wade and Bron. However KG is still slightly better imo then Bosh and can take advantage of that matchup, and Rondo is WAYYYY better then Bibby. Rondo has to attack the bucket!!!!!!

Someone needs to rant on Danny Ainge for trading Perkins, not finding a way to re-sign Tony Allen and putting our hopes into a 700 year old Shaq to stay healthy.

Futures or not the roster quality has been sacrificed to improve "depth" which isn't competing.

The Celtics need to start over and that includes trading Rondo.  Rondo can't be "the Man," and it would be very foolish to expect him to be and hope to win.
