Topic title says it all. I just can't stand the cHeat love / utter bias from the announcers (it makes my blood pressure rise more than watching that front-runner Lebron hooping and hollering from the bench because James Jones is having a career game lol).

Anyone else doing the same?  :)

It's tough because the television feed is behind the radio feed otherwise I'd listen to Grande and Maxwell while watching instead.

Really would love the Celts to pull this game out and get HCA back!

Ha, I figured from the subject line this would for sure mean that Reggie Miller was broadcasting.

I actually love most of the national guys with the exception of Miller. So, no, I'll have some volume.

EDIT: Though the Beastie Boys' new album did come out today....

It's on TNT tonight rather than ESPN/ABC so it should be pretty bearable to watch from a broadcasting angle, IMO.

I likely will be watching with the volume turned way down.

I really can't stand TNT either but they are better than The Heat Index Channel (ESPN). I like having Reggie on because I like to hear the hint of disappointment in his voice every time Ray hits another 3 ;D.

Even though him and Ray are "really good friends" hehe.

I actually usually don't have a problem with the TNT guys...including Reggie Miller. Actually, for the most part, I like Miller.  ???

I'm a big fan of the mute button these days, because the broadcasters have become intolerable. I put on my headphones and listen to some Trane or Odd Future and let the game create its own drama.

I almost ALWAYS mute my tv when it's the second half of the game. Sometimes I mute it earlier if people slobber over the other team. I do it during the preseason (sometimes) and regular season (big games mostly) too!
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

I never mute the game because I always want to hear the whistles, the players' voices, the crowd, etc. With that said I usually tone it very low so I can hear these things without having to suffer too much of the broadcaster's bogus comments and bias. I do mute the game when they are making their "analysis" between timeouts though.
