Add 5 scowls to that stat line.

To be fair to the big guy, nene is a beast sometimes and can be hard to stop.

how much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck was chris bosh?

You gonna post Jeff Green's numbers while you're at it?  How 'bout Amare's?

What's the point of this thread, you just trying to mock people who wish Perk was still a Celtic?

Fine.  Jeff Green, four points and no boards in sixteen minutes.  Len Bias II, ain't he?

Geez, this thread turned nasty in a hurry.

Mods, perhaps you might consider locking this one early on.   :(
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

This is truly an apples and oranges comparisson though.  Nobody knows what his stat line would be if he played for the celts last night.  Its all just fantasy land.

I think its interesting to see what he is doing for OKC because im rooting for him cause I love Perk he was my favorite player on the C's the last 4 years.  But to point to those stats as a way of saying the trade was good or bad simply doesnt make sense
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16

There's no need for nastiness. Thanks for the stat line.

If we want to TRY to compare: Nene is a beast! JO was matched against Ronnie Turiaf.... It's still hard to compare though because the center does so much more than just be matched against one player. They need to get the team rebounds and shot blocks

On topic please!

It's a Perk watch topic, so either watch Perk or can it. Don't make me pull out my moderator powers :p

Please don't pick fights with people.

To think I actually looked in here hoping to find some people who keep an eye on an old favorite Celtic :p

ps.: oooh, red is fancy :x

Just call Perk "Ray Allen", since he scored OKC's go-ahead bucket last night.  Talk about clutch! ;D

Love Perk, but Denver (Nene) is a pretty bad matchup for him, and it showed last night. His time to shine will be against the Gasols and Bynum.

Both the Celtics and the Thunder won last night. I guess the trade worked for both teams. Next topic.

Since this is already degrading into another trade debate, I have started a thread where everyone can discuss Perkins play, separate from the trade in the Around the NBA Forum.  This thread will be locked...
