Haha.  Her parents quit while they were ahead, I guess... only child.  

I showed her all the compliments and she appreciated all of them...  but she wants everyone to know that my picture stinks.  Lol.  Here's one she took before it sat in a box for 4 hours:

That's amazing, LB ... confection prefection! (I soooooo appreciate good cooking, especially dessert ... she is clearly very talented). Was it plain or marbled with some kind of berry perhaps?

Cheesecake has been one of my favorites since childhood, and my birthday fare every-other-year, (on the odd years I have pineapple angel food). You are one lucky guy ... and a very Happy Birthday, Bud!
