Wow
I think the money they are paid has absolutely nothing to do with what's going on now. They are simply not robots.
Money is just not the issue.
We're all trying to figure out what the problem is and trying to delve deeper for reasons that the starters are having so many problems.
No one said they were robots. Just saying that at the obscene amount of money they are making, especially in light of how many people out there don't even have a job, the LEAST we should demand out of them is to come out and give 100% effort. I would say that many people's opinion of them and allowing them to slack off has a lot to do with how much money they make.
Maybe we should put them on a couch then and ask them about their childhood instead?!
I, for one, believe therapy is a 'good' thing. But I have one question:
Explain what you mean by 'allowing' them to be slackers. How do you force someone to be perfect at all times (since they're making so much money)? Seriously, how would you force them to do what you say? Threaten to fire them? Call them soft? Tell them off? Make them feel guilty? I mean seriously you cannot force someone to take a shot and make it into the bucket. As I said, they just aren't robots. They are human like you and me and have bad days and good days.
