it's the big baby dropping in after weeks of lurking. thought it would be a good time to finally join the community and get to posting.

I've lived in SoCal my whole life. yeah, you read that correctly. coming up, everyone here treated the Lakers and Kobe like they were god's gift to earth. I hated all the love they got, so I became a fan of the rival.

been a C's fan since 2000. I've been posting on other forums for years now, but finally came across this place after running a google search. glad to be here and can't wait to get to know everyone. if ain't about the C's, it ain't about me. I AM Boston. thanks.

I've been to every Celtic blog there is, and this is the best, IMHO ... the rules are a bit more stringent than some, but it actually makes for a better, more mutually respectful atmosphere. Looking forward to your contributions ... if you love the Celtics, that's all that's required!

Welcome aboard man. I grew up in Boston but I been livin in riverside, CA for like 8 years now. People around here aint real fans, they just like that thier team is known for winning, and they like havin a reason to put flags on thier cars

yeah, most people here aren't real fans. it's one of the many reasons I was never a Laker fan. everyone wants to pretend like they're big time fans, but they couldn't even name everyone in the starting line.

Dude, you live in Redlands?! I live in San Bernardino! I thought for sure I was one of the only Celtics fans for miles!

I totally agree with you on the fair-weather fans here in the I.E., they're miserable. They like to fly those stupid Laker flags from their car when everything is going well, but when they sucked in 06' and 07', I remember seeing a lot less flags...

haha no doubt. cats put those flags on their [dang] pick up trucks and Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. lol. those ain't real fans.
