he scores alot of points can he run the point? i dont watch him much unless on espn highlights?

Yes he can.  I put him as a cross between Steph Curry and Eric Maynor.  Leaning more towards Curry though.

Hes a great shooter and would be great off the bench but his game lacks everywhere else.
