I'm wondering when people are going to start giving some credit to Doc Rivers for fitting his Big Three in seemlessly and for fostering an atmosphere of team first individual second with HIM in charge versus the pathetic job and atmosphere that Erik Spoelstra has done and created down in Miami. I can't help but wonder if Doc Rivers or Jerry Sloan or Gregg Pop had gotten Bosh, LeBron and Wade if the structure and atmosphere around that team would be very very different.

 That's a great pont too.

What a joke with three premadonna's and the biggest ever in Lebron to have a kid like Spo as the coach, I wouldn't respect that guy let alone those ego maniacs.

They need a big time coach more that anythibg to check thse children on the  Miami Beat.

KG Paul and Ray, IMO all from a much tougher, stronger, generation, these generation Y kids are really pathetic.

There are some obvious flaws with this Heat team. One of the reasons is that it is not carefully planned for. The Celtics took years to move into a position where we had all the necessary pieces to create a Team (according to this interview with Warriors owner Joe Lacob, former minority owner here). As smart as Pat Riley is, I don't believe, that he knew exactly what he was doing, when he let the Superfriends take over his team. But it was probably a smart move anyway, if only from a business point of view.

Agree Doc should get credit, disagree Spoelstra should get a ton of blame. The team was flawed by the beginning, and  the issues were somewhat predictable.

Yeah, they sometimes do. They predicted 4-3 win for the Lakers last season after missing 4-1 for Cleveland, 4-2 for Orlando and 4-2 for Miami.

Come on Coach "Spo" is pathetic he does not know when to keep his mouth shut, right now he's lost Wade his guy, They are a mess right now and it's mostly coaches fault.

If I was going to get fired anyway I would at least make a stand and show them I was Boss from time to time.

He's weak, out of place coach, who has no respect in that locker room.
