You left out more than a single positive option.

I'd choose plays solid but misses a couple of games.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
We've made our bed and laid our bets with Shaq in the playoffs..I don't see the point in being rational about it at this point, so I'm gonna say he's healthy.

He only played 53 regular season games last year with the Cavs then came back for the playoffs and played all 11 games at 23 minutes a game. I have no worries that Shaq will be back. If he was on the Heat or Chicago everyone would certainly believe that he would be playing in the playoffs.

ah yes, the X Factor.

Our chances at winning the Championship lie on a 40-year-old Center who hasn't been healthy for a majority of the season.

Anyways, it's impossible to predict another man's health...but I'm not expecting much

Yeah I think he will be relatively healthy (I don't know the last time he was really healthy). I think he'll be what he's been all season mostly good and some bad. I just can't see him, unless is foot or leg is literally falling off not giving everything he has. He's basically made it sound like this could be his last season, he's trying to get his 5th ring and this could be his last chance. The coaches, players, doctors, are babying him as much as possible to his benefit and I think it will pay off

He'll be our secret weapon, he'll only play when needed and destroy the opposition.

Ainge said he will be better than he was in the fall. He definitely appears to be in better shape and he's getting the rest any 39-year-old could use.

Let's optimistically go with that.
