if green goes off for a double double. like 20 and say 10. it would lessen the pain in my opinion. what do you guys think?  Though I will miss perk alot.

Also lets wait and see what danny has in store for the open roster spots. I would assume Murphy is one of them.

i dont think green will average a double double but i am happy he is on the team. he's a good young player and can get better and more well rounded with the c's.

i'd be happy if they could just snag some veteran bigs and maybe another swingman/gaurd. this is still a good team. perk is a loss but i think people understate the stuff green brings to the whole picture.

If

1)  Shaq returns and plays the rest of the year like he did at the beginning of the season

2)  JO returns and plays the level of defense he has in the past.

then I can live with this trade.

I'll feel better when we win a championship.

i think green will play well for the celts because he'll pretty much have to. the only problems i've heard about him have to do with inexperience and poor judgment. a lil time with the vets will help a ton. he has some potential for the future with us too if he plays well this year, so i think he'll be solid.
