Yes. Heard he was contemplating retirement, rather than have to report to Charlotte.

He could definitely be available via buyout.

I wish... he made me hate him when we last played against Portland. I swore up and down that he made it his business to injure one of our guys permanently...

He may be a little slower, but boy would it be nice to have a 7-1 center in there to crash the boards against Bynum and Dwight if it comes to that.

Would be a nice pickup if he gets bought out.

Watched him against the Lakers last night.  Bynum couldn't post him up because he's so dang big.  His size also gave Pau fits.  Vacuums the boards too. 

I would LOVE Joel P here if he doesn't just go back to Portland.
