Sounds like an injury that if it were the playoffs, he would be playing no doubt. But since it is the regular season, there is no point to push it too much.

Rest him up.

While I'd like us 100% healthy all season, it is what it is...

And here's what it is... :)

I know, you know, Doc knows and Danny knows -

We only need to be healthy come playoff time, if we are and we stay healthy throughout the playoffs, it won't matter who has homecourt, no one is going to beat us, not a chance.

I say, rest Perkins for two weeks if we have to. Let Shaq take all the time he needs, ditto for JO. Just get 100% healthy before coming back.

Perkins had a nice little run coming back after a huge injury. Give him 2-3 weeks off, let him rejuvenate again.

And PLEASE DO NOT GRIND KG, Pierce and Ray either.

I'd rather lose a few extra games right now playing Semih, Luke, Wafer and Bradley all 30 minutes a night then bring anyone back early or grind our big three.

The goal is to be healthy come playoff time - everything else will take care of itself, that's it.

Since I guess they diagnosed it as an MCL sprain(aka a MCL tear, since sprains to a ligament are tears), I wonder if part of it was because he was over-compensating for his surgically repaired right knee?

Did you watch the play where it was injured?

I did not, but fromthe looks of it from posts here it sounds like he's banged knees. Initial reports were that it was a bruised knee, but later got diagnosed as a sprained MCL.

Lol I'm not saying it has EVERYTHING to do with it, I was just wondering if perhaps Perk was over compensating for his right knee since he's been back, and putting more strain if you will on his now injured knee.
