The Nets are playing a pretty interesting game here.

I wonder what if any is the actual truth to all this.

No kidding.  Is this a rumor leaked by NJN to make NYK think twice about making a high offer for Melo, that talented players will end up in their cross town rival for mere picks?

I will say this: Despite the Prokhorov group seemingly failing twice to get the guy they wanted..they keep coming out looking smarter than everyone except Pat Riley..unless you look at Outlaw and Morrow's contracts..and honestly if Outlaw returns to a 6th man role and gets back to where he was in Portland..they'll look smart again.

Is this the same Travis Outlaw that starts, plays 30+ minutes a game, averages 9 points a game, and shoots 37% from the field while making 7 mil a year over the next 5 years?... Yeah this definitely makes the Nets look super duper smart.

This is the guy who 2 years ago played 28 mins per game and got 13 pts, 4 boards, and shot 37% from range as a reserve in 81 games.

Last year, he played 34 games..he's 26 yrs old..I doubt that this down year is going to define him.

if the Melo to NY trade is completed, which is why Denver is so insistent on having Mozgoz included in any trade.
You do know his name isn't Mozgoz right?   :P
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Funny thing..I checked his ESPN player card to see if he was from Russia, but because of all the misspellings from everyone from the pick 2 draft to this stuff..it took me 3 tries to get "Mozgov"...

Mosgov, Mozgoz, Mozgov
