That is impossible to do because judgments about such moves are made based on hindsight. You do not have the benefit of hindsight when actually making the decisions. Only when critiquing them.
The irony is that there is no way to know if someone else would have done any better, so it is a Catch-22 for a coach. No matter what they do, we can criticize them since even the perfect moves can still mean a loss.
