If anyone could help me find out how/where to order this in DVD form, I would really appreciate it. I haven't had any luck via google/ebay/amazon so far. This is the perfect Christmas gift for my cousins, haha.

Well you could start here:

http://sterling.wildfire.net/

Since the logo on the website matches the logo on the dvd.  Maybe try calling customer service or contacting one of the people in the contacts list and see if they still have any of those videos.

Or on these various boards, there are guys who say they own the video and are willing to trade.  Maybe sign up on those boards and offer to trade them cash.

And then there's the ultimate dice roll:

Good luck man!

Hmmm, looks like my best bet there is to try and call Sterling Athletics. Hope they still have it.

Thanks a bunch, TP for you sir.

At first I was in denial that a Brian Scalabrine Instruction Video could actually exist, but with some minor investigating, I discovered it was true!

Then I began contemplating how any company could market such a DVD, or rationalize basketball instruction from a guy whose career averages are 3.9 PPG, 39 percent shooting, 2.9 RPG, and 1.0 APG!

To top it all off, they actually have a suggested retail price of $70 on it, and say it's available on sites like eBay for $39.99 ... now there's a bargain!

TP, CelticBalla32, I seriously needed a smile at the end of this day ... I hope you can find one, 'cuz they've got to be a collector's item in the not-too-distant future.

(I just hope you can get it for less than $39.99 ... but if not, there are some very real hard-core Scal fans out there, who would pay big bucks for this a few years from now. Seriously).

I'll keep my eyes open, too, and let you know if I see it anywhere. I love the irony of the whole thing ... pretty cool. ;)

Haha, yeah once I found out that Scal made this video I burst out in laughter and decided that I have to watch it at least once before I die. I still haven't found one or called Sterling Athletics to see if they still have it in stock, but I'm not giving up just yet lol.

FTR, I looked for a solid 10 minutes as soon as I saw this...didn't find anything bdm found, and gave up. It would be pretty freakin sweet.

Didn't they play a video for Scal on the megatron when he returned to the Garden with the Bulls?  It wasn't even pre-game like most times these video tributes can be, it was during a timeout in the 1st quarter.

I want a DVD of that.

***UPDATE***

I just called Sterling Athletics (1-800-767-1765) and they have the tape in stock so I was able to order it over the phone. For anyone else that might want it, it's $10.95 plus shipping.

You reach, Scal will teach! Can't wait to watch this haha.

I have a coaster that you could pop into your DVD player and it would teach you more about basketball than Scal's DVD.   ::)

Even though it would probably break your player, it would still seem like less of a waste of money than buying Scal's DVD. :P

I found out about this video years ago and it was my facebook picture for like all of 08. I never thought to buy it though! How could I be so short sighted? I HAVE to get this before they are sold out or destroyed.

Thanks for the great thread OP!!!
