I wouldn't mind Sheed coming back - but I hope he's been keeping himself in shape. I wouldn't mind him coming back at all, but right now we appear to be set.

Barring any injuries, I like the big tandem we have now. Once Perk gets back, we'll be ready to take from LA what is rightfully ours.

I thought a Sheed comeback wasn't within the realm of possibilities but now I have my doubts. With that said, he went to one of the Pistons games during the preseason and sat next to Joe Dumars so I don't know if Sheed coming at the C's practice really means anything other than a guy enjoying time with his friends/former teammates.

Obviously we're stacked inside but an extra body and set of skills like Sheed's would be great when February comes and for the playoffs (assuming the body in question is in shape :D).

if he was truly retired, he wouldn't have came
to a team practice.
i think we will see him back in uniform
by January.

but no, I don't want to trade Baby.
I'd rather trade Perk.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Sheed was washed up last season, can't imagine how bad he'd look coming in after not playing for half a season.

wow, Sheed was spotted at practice and the very next night last year's version of the celtics came out and played the first half of the game. Coincidence?
