(a) wherever LBJ goes
(b) wherever Dwade goes
(c) Boston
(d) Lakers

and...
Boston brought Doc back, LBJ probably said "grab a number" to Phil, which he didn't appreciate, and DWade probably said "talk to Riley" which also didn't go over well with Phil, so Phil turned to the Lakers who, knowing that Phil was looking for greener pastures, said "Phil, you jerk, take the $5 mil and you can keep dating your girl here in LA" and Phil sheepishly said "okay".

Right Cman - there's obviously SO many "greener pastures" than the two-time defending champs...

He still has unfinished business against Doc if in case our teams meet again in the Finals. Doc has 7 wins against him (who's got 6 wins over Doc) in the Finals. He may have overtaken Red's number of championships but another Celtics coach has more wins against him in a Finals head-to-head encounter.

-The Celtics have 17 championships.

-The Lakers have 16.

-We won in '08.

-They won this year (forget '09, that title will always have an asterisk named KG to it).

-That means we're tied in the Doc/PJ era.

-One final chance of getting the upper hand on the Lakers and on Phil.

-If we could beat the Lakers next year, we'd be two 'ships ahead of them, and how much does the Snake have left in his tank? We'd make sure that the silly, silly Jordan comparisons would be put on hold for at least one season, too. And what about the lockout? That could help, too.

Of course all of this may not may mean a whole lot, depending on where the big name FA's are headed. But In Danny I Trust.

DA just needs to make the right moves for the bench...bringing in players that are consistent enough to give us productive mins as backups which prevents our starters from getting gassed out.

And it'll be an icing on the cake if somehow Shaq ends up in green next season.

This makes Doc's Return that much sweeter. I would Love nothing more than to send Phil on his way to retirement in June 2011 with Banner 18.

We had the Lakers pinned to the floor in 2008, so Bynum wouldn't have made a difference, IMHO. The Lakers were mentally weak. How else do you explain losing a 24-point lead at home? Great run by the C's but the Lakers just bowed out. This year, they were very strong. Pau Gasol was the difference this time around. Forget Kobe's MVP. Oh, and then no Perk for Game 7.
