TOUGHNESS AND DETERMINATION. AND A FAIR CALLED GAME FROM THE REFS we can pull it out. I think the ref will call it all for the L.A. Bryants. I'm sorry guy but The NBA wants LA to win, because of the lousy referring look what happen to Perk. Bryant can act like a total as$ on the court- pushing off and shot, Arhack can throw elbows and hack Paul all night, Gasoft can throw elbows and push off on rebounds, when ARE WE GOING TO GET SOME CALLS PEOPLE? I'm sick of the treatment these guys are getting and we can't get a call IM p---ED!! They have to make these obvious calls man straight up.

This is why we got Rasheed.

While I don't like that we have one less big, if Rasheed has a big game, playing him extra minutes could be a plus for us.

However, if he gets into foul trouble early, we could be stuck playing the likes of Williams and Scalabrine for significant minutes.

So if Perk gets a technical while screaming at a ref in game 7, even though he is inactive, does he have to still sit out a one game suspension next year?

Sorry, thought a little brevity to the situation was needed!!

This is awful. And for such a great guy. I hope the rest of the team bands together and wins tomorrow for Perk so that Perk can hold that Gold Ball.

id much rather have scal than williams in, at least he can catch. his shooting helps too. with that said could this be the game scal wins for us?  ;D

Was worried about that  :(

Has any rough time frame been given on Perk's return? I understand it's still very early days, I'm guessing 4-6 months?

Well, there's our excuse, if worst comes to worst.

Can't say I even care about him missing time next year, though.  I think we all understand tomorrow night is this team's last shot.

i am not sure it is their last shot. the cavs dont look to be any good without LBJ. if he goes back to the cavs, they dont have enough around him to win it....miami with bosh and wade? nah...orlando is orlando...if boston can keep its core and add some younger parts...they have one more run in them IMO

This is terrible. I'd resigned myself to him being out tomorrow but I was hoping it wasn't an injury to sideline him for months next season. I'm sure he'll be fine when he gets back. It's not like his game is predicated on explosiveness and athleticism. But him being injured might lessen the chances of signing him to an extension in the fall. Wish Perk the speediest and safest recovery.
