I don't think this was a good move. Mark Cuban did this and the Mavericks haven't received a fair shake for years now.

I'm not sure it was a good move either. :-\

Cuban does it whenever he opens his mouth.  Ad nauseum.  I'd target Cuban too.  He's a pompous jerk.

I don't think it's a bad move in a face-to-face situation.   Cuban is ranting for self-promotion.  Pallotta is stating the obvious privately.  As long as the league is profitable, Stern isn't going anywhere.  It can't get much worse.

Wouldn't Stern rather get confronted man to man rather than have a team official blab to the media about it?

No Stern wouldn't rather deal with someone face to face.

slimy little weasals like stern don't deal with people directly - he would rather go around the back door and manipulate indirectly to get his petty revenge.

why do you think Stern doesn't like the Celts to begin with (and he doesn't) ................. because back in the 80's Red told him more than once to stick it. Red was a lot more important than little stern and stern resented it. why do you think the Celts were given no help or allowances after we lost Len Bias and Reggie Lewis ?

Exactly. I don't know if anyone has ever capture Sterns true essence any better.

It's unfortunate the people who make up the NBA are still under the grip of this crooked tyrant. He needs to hear all the gripes and have his legacy soiled by this controversy.
