Help get "BEAT LA!" written in the skies over L.A.

Hey Celtics fans, help us employ a sky writer to write "BEAT LA!" in the skies over the Staples Center. Depending on how much money we can raise we may have it at multiple locations over Los Angeles. We will be contacting ESPN and Fox Sports about the event so we can get some nice t.v. coverage. If you can not donate (...we understand in these times) please forward this to all your friends so we can get the word out throughout the country. This idea is badly planned out. Barely any fans in the Facebook page nor does this guy tell us how much money he raised.

The game starts tomorrow and I highly doubt he will raise $2000-4000 by that time.

Also, you might want to try using 'spell-check' for your facebook statuses. Show some professionalism, especially if you are hosting a pretty awesome idea.

I'm spreading the word for a couple friends who came to me with it yesterday. It is last minute but we were hoping by spreading the word to all of Celtics nation we could easily raise the money in time for Sunday before the game.

If for whatever reason we don't raise enough money, you will be refunded no problem.

It is not a scam. The idea is between a few guys in LA from Massachusetts. Not sure how else to prove it to you but we are also trying to get a Boston radio station to potentially sponsor it. We've already had donations from Denmark, New York, Philly, Missouri, a bunch from MA, Cali. Not sure how else I can prove it to you but just know this is not a scam, simply an idea a few of us thought of this past Memorial Day weekend.

Wow...really?  Chill out a bit.  If you don't want to donate...dont.  Don't hate though.  I love the idea.  Hopefully the boys in green see it.
