I just love how he's already planning how to get his offense going against Perk instead of focusing on locking down the paint defensively and rebounding, you know the things he's actually needed for.

Quote
Weighing in at 280 pounds, Perkins has the girth to combat with the 289-pound Bynum, but not the growth. The Celtics center is just 6-10 as compared to the 7-foot Bynum.

"With the height difference, I'll be able to use my left and right hook," Bynum said. "When I was watching the tape, that's what I was looking at, looking at footwork. I just got to take my time. He's a strong dude, so he'll be definitely pushing against you, at the same time, if I give him a bump, he won't be able to jump
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

A few posters here listed smokescreens - I couldn't agree more.

Don't forget that we have The SpinMaster in Phil Jackson - he knows that he cannot complain to the refs for fear for fines, but I cannot doubt that he is telling his players to do this so they can get some sort of edge.

He is a Master at Psychological Warfare.

If we take game 1 or 2 (Or Both ;D), there is absolutely no doubt that "Kobe's finger" will come up in the media - especially if/once he shoots an atrocious percentage against us.

For LA, a loss, even in seven games, is just devastating, so any edge they get is important.
