I think it's lame from the Hornets to give Thibs an ultimatum like that when the guy is about to play a big coaching role in the Finals.

Why are they in a hurry? Can't they wait until the Finals are over to give him an offer? Choosing a new coach is not an easy or light task, they should take more time to think and let him weigh his options as well.
