Seriously, how can this guy not be in jail already?

Just read a report on TMZ about him getting arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.

I'm constantly hearing sob stories about unfortunate circumstances which have led good people who made a poor choice getting a lot of jail time, and this complete jackass is still running around with the kind of past he has?

I thought he did serve some jail time.  Not sure how much though.

Yes he did. But he came out early on parole, and each time he has been out he violates it.

And man, he has a string of aggravated assaults that I just don't know how he isn't doing more time... and this is just from the times it make makes the news.
