Someone double-check this (if needed) but I heard someone say last night that this is the FIRST TIME in the ENTIRE HISTORY of the Boston Celtics that we have EVER won the first two games on the road (games 1 & 2) in a playoff series...

I find that to be truly amazing, considering the phenomenal history this franchise has...

It is an extremely difficult thing to do especially at this level of competition (Conference Finals vs title contender).

It's an incredible accomplishment. I am hugely impressed by the Celtics winning both away games to open the series.

It's more a testament to the fact that the C's usually have homecourt advantage, but it's still pretty impressive to do something positive for the first time in their long, long playoff history.
