Hi fellow celtics fans,
I am a 3 year season ticket holder. My friend and I share a set of 4 tickets in the middle (I'll say rows 5-10) of a near center court balcony section (sections 317-319). They are GREAT seats that I have pictures to prove! The ticket price has gone up to $42 a piece per game and the lack of heart the celtics have played with recently in the regular season is making us rethink if we want to re-up on another whole regular season of this, or maybe worse as the celtics get even older. (Not exactly a good plug for my post, but whatever its the truth)
There are many reasons we would like to keep our season tickets still. So, we are wondering if anybody is interested in splitting a full season's tickets with us. We'll be very fair about this. You will get exactly 1 preseason game + 20 (or 21, we can discuss) regular season games. We'll take turns "drafting" games, so you will not just get all crappy games and will get as many games you want as we do. So you'll get to see a Cleveland (or should i say new york???), maybe a lakers, an orlando, etc. for just $42 each, but will also HAVE to pay that money for whatever teams might be awful next season too. If you want to sell those ones, give them to a friend, I don't care, but you need to pay for them.
So, please PM me with your email address if you are interested and I'll reply. This will take some trust on both of our parts that we will both follow through with the payments and ticket distribution, but I'm sure we can find a way to make ourselves transparent enough for this to work. I'll gladly share any information (employment, home phone, etc.) needed to gain trust. Celticsblog will have no part in any of this.
If I get multiple responses, I'll have to go with the person that I feel most comfortable doing this with. This might have to do with in-person meeting, residence proximity, payment plan flexibility, etc.
