Celtics flip the script
Allen burns Kobe-less Lakers for 24 points as Celtics end three-game slide vs. L.A. | Box score

3 game slide??

didnt we win our last game too.  ???  ::)

We lost the last 3 games to LA.  Not games in general.

If we defend with the quality of last night's effort - we will be fine ... maybe not favorites, but we will be fine

I had to pay you with a Tommy Point with that. I feel exactly the same way. I think I'll take this campaign one night at a time until at team beats us 4 times in two weeks after tax day. I wish Kenny was right but know better than to believe one man's opinion. I like the fact that there only has been one bad blowout loss being in Phoenix. It's this one bad quarter thing that has been killing us between Christmas and the All-Star break. Perhaps Doc will come up with an effective rotation that makes us more consistent on defense and rebounding. Last night in LA was a very positive 1st step. I'd like one more follow through victory on this Amen Corner Roadie .
The beatings will continue until morale improves

YES! YES! YES!  I thought exactly the same thing yesterday.  We looked really good on defense.  It was reminiscent of 2008.  Our big problem is scoring when we need to.  Unfortunately they smother ray in the clutch, it's not KG's game in the cluthc (not a knock, btw) and Paul can't seem to muster the magic we know he has been capable of.  Unfortunately in 2008 we had Posey to hit big threes and PJ to come up with big shots as well.  We sorely lack that this year.  I'm hopeful Nate can add that spark when we do through our lulls.

I was very excited to see KG's game last night.  He looked great up until he hit the fould trouble.  And Ray was magnificent!  How about that dunk on the break!?!?!  Man, I know it was one game against a Kobeless team but i was excited last night.
