Would have played Rondo in crunchtime?

Based on Doc's history, I'd say NO. He'd probably put in a shooter. I just think it's funny how much SVG trusts Rondo more than his own Coach Doc. I also loved George Karl pushing and lobbying Carmelo and Chauncey to go for the MVP.

Rondo played at the beginning of crunch time but Van Gundy pulled him out of the game on offensive possessions (to put Pierce back in) and got him back in the game for defensive possessions (pulling Pierce off).

So Rondo was basically playing to defend in crunch time but Van Gundy didn't trust him offensively at the end of the game because of his lack of shooting.
