I haven't heard anything since Iverson pulled out and there was just speculation that Rondo would be the one in his place. I'm not sure if I just missed the news story, or will Stern pick someone to start in his place before the game?

Also, what are the chances Rondo takes home MVP honors? I know most people may think it's a long shot, but in a game like this with a lot of scoring and fancy moves and passing, the possibility of a triple double is VERY good.
