This is the only Ray trade I can come up with that makes sense

trade makes no sense no offense. Why would Sac trade Martin who is one of the best young sg/sf in the league for Ray Allen?

Look at martins stats ever since he has comeback from injury

Looking at every single team and what trade might work i found only two teams that would be willing to aquire allen and for the celtics at least to get something worthwhile in return

1.) Detroit has a problem imo having Gordon and Rip Hamilton play the same position. On top of that they have Rodney Stuckey who imo is a SG more than PG and also is due a nice increase in salary next season i believe.

I would love to get Rip Hamilton for Ray Allen swap. (doubt they trade Gordon)

2). Denver - George Karl has a history with RAy Allen and i'm sure he would love to have him gearing towards the playoffs. The celtics could easily ask and receive a nice young prospect like Arron Affalo but Denver doesn't have anyone else to trade us for salary matching purpose. Maybe Afflalo, Anderson, Balkman, Cash for Allen?

I'd love to get RIP though who would reunite with Rasheed.
