When Quis returns, who do you see getting the majority of the backup 2guard minutes? Personally id rather see Quis play the point with T Allen playing the 2 or 3 (depending on whether Paul or Ray is in) If this question was asked in the beginning of the year, Quis would be a no brainer but i beleive Tony has realy stepped up his play. He does make stupid decisions, liike jumping on every pump fake and commiting bad turn overs. But he has been someone who has finished strong around the basket and played good D for the most part. Quite frankly, I beleive he has outplayed Eddie who has provided nothing at all this year on either end. So why not use both of them?
Marquis is a smart basketball player and Tony Allen is not.
Marquis is always in control while Tony is more-often-than-not OUT OF CONTROL.
Marquis rarely turns the ball over while Tony often turns the ball over.
Both are mediocre FT shooters.
Marquis is long while Tony is (relatively) short.
We all feel comfortable when Marquis is bringing the ball up the court while nobody feels safe with Tony bringing the ball up the court.
Marquis is a true triple-thread while Tony is very one-dimensional.
