miller is at that odd point in his career where he's a backup with many teams but can start for others
he wouldn't be happy here with rondo at 30 minutes then that goes up in playoffs
kirk heinrich for sg/pg sub is perfect! move eddie to free up pt

honestly our subs don't hold much value
scal as a contract, davis injured and newly resigned, ta no value, giddens no value, walker maybe a bit, hudson no value, sheldon some value but probably more to us

Andre Miller is a monumentally poor on ball defender. He is one of the only options in the NBA that would be a step down from House on defense.

He certainly makes up for it with a uniquely effective and efficient offensive game (although this year his FG% is way down) but we would need a solid defender who can find the shooters on our 2nd unit. Miller's not the guy.

If Portland decides to trade Andre Miller they'll trade him for talent not expiring contracts.

Which means a third team would have to be involved.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.
