We miss our baby. Perk is doing an admirable job with out Glen. We miss our second enforcer down the middle. I miss his scoring, hustle, screens, scoring, flagrants...... I want my baby back.

In this same vein, why did Scal get more minutes than Shelden? Doc's been running the rotation really well of late, but there were a few question marks in his choices tonight ... including Rondo not being in the game down the stretch. I miss Big Baby, too, but I'd rather see 15 minutes for Shelden, than 8 for Scal and & 7 for Shel.

Scal came in because Doc didn't like Shelden guarding Rashard Lewis and Ryan Anderson.  Not a great move: we could have used Shelden on the offensive glass and he had shown he could move his feet pretty well.  Doc also wanted to see if Scal could hit a 3, I imagine, as everyone else was stonecold from deep.

Baby will be a nice addition when he comes back.  The Sheed/Baby double screens for Ray or Eddie will be killer, with Baby diving and Sheed popping.  I also think Baby can fit in better with the starters.  Shelden just can't catch passes from Pierce and Rondo.
2025 Draft: Chicago Bulls

PG: Chauncey Billups/Deron Williams
SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari
PF: Al Horford/Zion Williamson
C: Yao Ming/Pau Gasol/Tyson Chandler

Yup ... and having Eddie in instead of Rondo down the stretch cultivated even more three-point shooting, which was a very bad call ... it killed us. I've been supporting Doc's rotations this year for the most part, but the rotations tonight were very questionable, at best.

I only got to see the last couple min. of the 3rd quarter and the whole 4th quarter without any  sound ( I am overseas and could only watch the game at a bar). I kept asking my GF (she didn't know) why Rondo was not playing at all. I was also wondering why Perk wasn't playing but I understood somewhat after when I saw that he had 5 fouls. Also I thought Wallace was playing pretty well, besides the 3's he made a couple big buckets in the 3rd and was grabbing rebounds everywhere. But I still don't know why Rondo wasn't playing. Apparently he wasn't playing well but he is the type of guy that can just turn it on with the flip of a switch. If you are going to put Eddie in there during crunch time, put him in with 2 min left when we are down by 5 or 6. I found it very very odd to have him playing the last 15 minutes of the game when at that point we were only down buy a couple buckets and needed some solid defense. Not too mention as a team we were shootig terrible from outside..

Ok I just got way off topic, but yes I want my Baby back. I think he will add some stability and hustle to our second unit and will just make our team more diverse and dangerous. I hope he can be a spark plug and maybe jump start us into a little run here. Maybe I'm being a little too optimistic but what else am I supposed to be hoping for at this point?
