Below is an article that gives game-by-game predictions for the 2009-2010 Celtics.  The author suggests the versatility that Marquis Daniels and Rasheed Wallace brings the Celtics, along with a healthy Big Three, and Rajon Rondo may lead the Boston Celtics to a long playoff run.  What are your thoughts?

Good article...the C's are just about right where the article predicts them to be. TP for you.

Well, it said the Celtics would lose to Cleveland and beat Phoenix and Atlanta.

Did call the Indiana loss, though.

Record-wise, not bad at all.

Wow...
this article has us going 1-3 against the the Magic, 0-2 against the Lakers, and 2-2 against the Cavs.

If we finish 3-7 against our top competition I am not going to be happy.

Yeah, this article is stupid.  It pretends to give us credit by having us finish with 60+ wins, but it implicitly knocks the team by having us losing the majority of games to every solid team we face.

We've already proven that article wrong by beating the Cavs in the opening game, and I feel that we're capable of having a .500+ record against teams like the Cavs, Lakers, and Magic.
Never forget the Champs of '08, or the gutsy warriors of '10.

I see what you mean, MattG12, TP for you..I am not happy either about that prediction. I did not have the time to read the entire article from this mornings post.

If the Celtics are truly the contenders I believe us to be, I would place us "modestly" at 2-2 against Magic, 3-1 vs Cavs (1st game of season was a BIG win for us),  and 1-1 vs Lakers (Home-Home).

And this is modest prediction. Once we break out of this current funk we are in we can beat the best teams.

Frankly, I love predictions like these ... gives the Celtics one more chance to prove the pundits wrong. ;)
