Dana Barros reminds me of Johnny Pesky. He refuses to disband himself from his former team. Hopefully the Celtics don't retire his old number like they did for Pesky just so he can shoo lol.

He continues to sit on the bench, work jobs pertaining to his former team, etc seemingly all with the intent that *maybe* he'll get another shot with the team.

Remember Barros and his 03-04 Celtics season? LOL!!!

Yea except Johnny Pesky was important to winning teams... they're a little bit different. Dana was signed becuase he was local and they wanted to sell tickets.

Wasn't Dana Barros hired as a sideline/locker room interviewer/reporter for Celtics games by Comcast Sports Net back when it was Fox Sports Net and didn't he really suck? It seems I remember him working C's games for a short while and that he really sucked. I hope he's better the second time around.
