This right here is an example of why many of us on here were ticked off the past few years about people ripping on Scal over appearance issues. He's one of the best team guys around, he is clearly better than most will give him credit for on the floor, and most importantly he is a great citizen and representative of the team and the NBA to the community. He does so many things in the offseason here and abroad that he doesn't have to do. We are lucky to have the guy on our team. Pretty clear why Bird wanted Scal in the Daniels deal and why DA wouldn't give him up. Give the man some props!
