I don't know about the full pre-season schedule but I've found two dates for pre-season games :

Exhibition Game: Houston Rockets V Boston Celtics
   
Dodge ArenaHidalgo, TX
   
Wed, 10/07/09

New Jersey Nets vs. Boston Celtics

Yes ditto for me. I am lucky if I see the internet during working hours, let alone this site. Off today though so here I be. ;D

Earlier today the internet at work was down for a couple of hours, yet the intranet was still working.  You have no idea what kind of panic was going on as everyone was wondering whether they had finally blocked us from going to non-work related sites.  Luckily it was just a minor problem that they quickly fixed.

10/7 would seem like an early start. doubt there'd be any games before that. so i'm happy - the season starts 10/7  who cares if its only pre-season!

 i think last year comcast carried all the preseason games. i'd bet they would this year too (comcast sports new england if you're not local)
