Solidifying our front court should be our priority, then the backup PG situation, then the wing situation.

That aside, Ainge should be looking for the best talent around before anything.

I'm quite comfortable with the wing situation, just as I was last year... even more so now. I know the guys we have are enough to contribute as is and play the role we need them to. Doc has to give them the opportunity to do so. If a good wing player can be had, go for it... but don't bring someone just for the heck of it.

The Posey replacement by committee idea was a complete failure. We need a real Posey replacement. Wallace may give us some of Posey's shooting; but we still need a lock down defender with size at the 3.

I would have to pick the unpopular vote and say PG.
I'll give you two reasons why:  House and Rasheed.  Our two best bench players.  Both of them can contribute when Paul is resting.
Whereas House is not exactly suited to be bringing up the ball for us, he's better off the ball where guys can set picks for him and he can get open.
My basic point is, let our guys do what they're best at.  I also want note that Rondo has an arguably more tiring role (no diss to Pierce).  I would rather give Rondo equal rest and let the extra minutes fall on Rasheed and House than Paul.
