Need Help with School Project: Anyone Know a Cambodian / American?

My current course in school involves teaching English Language Learners (students entering our school systems who don't speak English and need to keep up with our curriculum while learning English).

The project I'm working on involves learning the cultural background of a ELL student and how that cultural background will effect their ability to learn in our school systems.  The country I am working on is Cambodia.

I'd love to interview someone who has immigrated to the US and gone through our school system.

Any insights would be welcomed.

i have a cambodian friend, however, he didnt immigrate...his grandparents did.
