looks like ESPN is finally updating it with this year's data - but I don't think they are done

Boston salaries are filled in (no Sheed yet of course) but other teams are missing salary data

I was getting tired of using Starbury's NYK salary to trade for LeBron

one thing of note: we have trade exceptions we can use from the POB and Sam Cassell trades - might be an easy way to pick up a backup PG

Those exceptions are so small that I had a hard time finding a decent move with them.
