I actually don't mind when Sheed's moving around the mid-game range. A lot of his post moves result in jumpers anyway.

It's the roaming around the 3 point line that usually kills teams. That's where you don't want him. Because even in the mid-range you can over power, outmanuever or just shoot over a defender (especially on the bench). 3 point range unless wide open is generally a crap shoot with unfavourable odds.

Larry Brown had him play inside more often.


Flip Saunders let him go where ever he wants.



I see him playing closer to the basket when in for KG, outside more when playing with KG.
That's kind of what I imagine.  He takes KG's role when playing along side Perk.  Mid-range stuff and in the post.
