Why no interest from ORL regarding Odom?

I could be wrong, but I have heard very little about Lamar since free agency opened.  Is it a done deal that he is indeed returning to the Lakers?  If that isn't the case, I am kind of surprised I haven't heard any rumors linking Odom to the Magic.  He would be a perfect replacement for the versatility/size that they are losing in Turkoglu.  Has anyone heard anything?

He wants more than the MLE, and that is all Orlando can offer. Plus they couldn't afford Hedo with Vince on board, so they can't afford another big contract.
